Knowing there has been talk of incorporating the Lost and Damned into the big game, and knowing that (although the list for LatD is still published on the GW site) there is some conflict between the list and the new Chaos Codex (which it is partially reliant upon) I found these solutions on the web:

Works for me they look good. Make sure you use the IC points costs for the AC that lead a group (I think that is the way they are used correct you get AC instead of HQs?)

Correct, an HQ choice is 1-3 Aspiring Champions.
The one thing to consider though is the Oblit vs. Dreadnaught thing. Because these two units got reassigned in the force org in the new CSM codex, Oblits used to be a possibility in the list (Elite) and Dreadnaughts (HS) were unavailable, but now the reverse is true.
If you want the list to play as originally intended, I would suggest that you make Oblits an elites choice (for the purposes of the LaTD list only) and Dreadnaughts HS choices. Or say it however it works for you, but I would suggest that remains unchanged.
Naturally most Lost and Damned players would prefer Dreadnaughts, but it doesn't really seem to make sense fluff-wise.

the eye of terror list isn't legal any more because several of the choices in it required access to the OLD chaos list, which is now bunk. I'm in favor of what Pete has found, and of moving oblitz back to elites for LatD.
I mean, as long as you're sticking to what the army was supposed to be, I'm totally in favor of it.
