Hey all,
I'll be staying at the Hilton in downtown Milwaukee for a large part of my Summerfest trip. I'd really like to get a large-ish (NOT mega battle) size game going on in one of the conference rooms there on the night of Friday, July 2nd. EDIT since Friday is the THIRD, we will play on FRIDAY the THIRD of July.  sorry for the confusion.
I know Bro Silas is in. 
I was thinking that since i'm staying at the Hilton, we could have a "Hanoi Hilton" style of game where Marines raid an Ork Prison camp. Marine prisoners could be the objectives for determining victory. I know we all have a lot of terrain and could make this happen pretty easily. What does an Ork prison camp look like anyway? A bunch of ramshackle ruined buildings most likely. We can do that.
I know that Pendull will be out of town, but I figure that Dacio, Dale, and Jay (right?) all have Ork armies. I suppose it doesn't HAVE to be just marines Vs. orks, but it would play better scenario-wise i think.
I've got a hotel room all to myself, so anyone who wants to get really drunk and crash there is welcome to do so.
Anyway... who's in?

Sounds good to me. I can put together some terrain, although I'm short on trees for that sort of game.
say 2500 per person? Drop it to 2000 if we get more than 4?

Eh. We don't need no stinkin' trees. Just ruins and stuff will be fine.

Hmmm.... well if Dale and Mark are out, perhaps a Chaos Vs. Marines thing would be more appropriate.

I have the day off but I have to go to Illiinois in teh afternoon. So I can not make it.

There is absolutely NOBODY I want to see playing at Summerfest on Friday the 3rd.
So the game is happening. For sure.
If it's just Kevin and I sluggin' beers and tradin' shots across the table, then so be it. I'm down with that as well. But the more the merrier, and all are welcome.

Yeah, Summerfest on the third is practically country fest. If you like cowboy hats goofy shoes, and mullets, that's the day for you. I'll be at the Hilton slapping Steve's Space Wolves around  Maybe...
Although, July 2nd is Harley Day at summerfest. Any H.O.G. member gets in free, I think. So we'll get lots of leather chaps, worn out biker chicks, and greasy beards.
